Appeals
Jeff Kestenband has handled dozens of appeals in the Supreme Courts of Connecticut and Vermont, the Connecticut Appellate Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He is also admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court and has filed petitions for writs of certiorari in the Supreme Court.
