History

South Bend and Elkhart law firm, Tuesley Hall Konopa, LLP, has been combining the resources of a large law firm with the personal attention and efficiency of a small firm since 1997. Founders Malcolm J. Tuesley and Thomas J. Hall combined their estate planning and business counsel services and set the firm’s high standard for serving clients. In 2008, Robert J. Konopa merged his trial practice with Tuesley and Hall and added mediation to their portfolio of legal services. Nearly twenty years later, our team of knowledgeable attorneys remains committed to respecting and understanding our clients’ unique business and individual goals.

Because of our growing client base in Elkhart County, Tuesley Hall Konopa opened an Elkhart office in August 2016. And, with 12 attorneys, six licensed to practice in both Indiana and Michigan, and our growing Michigan client base, the firm has maintained an office in Cassopolis, Michigan since 2012.

As a full-service law firm we provide business counsel, civil mediation, litigation, arbitration, estate planning and the administration of estates, and elder law legal services for business owners and individuals throughout northern Indiana and southwestern Lower Michigan.
