Since 1997, THK Law has been serving individuals, families, and businesses in the Michiana region. Founded by Malcolm J. Tuesley and Thomas J. Hall, the firm was built on a foundation of trust and long-standing relationships. Mick and Tom’s friendship started in grade school, grew through their years at Indiana University as roommates and fraternity brothers, and ultimately shaped how they approached building a law practice — with loyalty and a deep commitment to their clients.

While the firm has grown over the years, that same personal approach remains at the heart of everything we do.

Recognizing the need to be more intentional about DEI in our practices, we hired DEI consultant Kim Amrine in November 2020 to guide us. Amrine began our DEI journey with a comprehensive DEI assessment of the firm, enabling our leaders to construct a multi-year DEI strategic plan with very specific goals and action items.
THK has been part of the South Bend community since 2002. In 2016, we opened an Elkhart office to better serve our growing clientele in Elkhart County, and in 2012, we established an office in Cassopolis to meet the needs of our Michigan client base.
