Jody has now been assisting with civil litigation matters for over 30 years. Her experience includes personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, insurance defense, and nursing home litigation matters.
After graduating from the University of Vermont, Jody worked as a tribunal assistant for the American Arbitration Association in Hartford, Connecticut, from 1988-1990, concentrating on labor and construction cases. In 1990, she moved to the South Bend area and began working as a paralegal in litigation.
Jody has always had a deep passion for the arts, fashion design, and particularly photography. She has photographed subjects for years and is working her passion into a second career path. She especially enjoys photographing people, both in natural and studio settings, and above all, she loves the emotion and narratives that are implied and necessary behind good portraiture. Her work includes photography for boutiques, local events, and Notre Dame Global Partnership, where she finds joy in capturing moments that tell unique stories and celebrate individuality.
