Thea joined THK Law in 2024. She works with Kahlyn Ashcraft and other attorneys in the estate planning section assisting in drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney and other estate planning documents. She also works with Medicaid planning, assisting with the spenddown and application process to qualify clients who need long term nursing care for Medicaid.
Prior to joining THK Law, Thea worked in the field of family law, assisting with divorce, custody, adoption, and paternity matters.
