Partner, Robert J. Konopa, is in his 50th year practicing law in Indiana and merged his trial practice with Tuesley & Hall, LLP in 2008. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in many areas including personal injury, insurance litigation, product liability, commercial disputes and professional malpractice. Bob has earned the highest AV® Rating from nationwide attorney-ranking service Martindale-Hubbell®, and his negotiator instincts are also the key to his successful mediation practice. His extensive trial experience is in both state and federal courts. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and listed in the Best Lawyers in America since 1986.
Partner, Eric W. von Deck, joined Tuesley & Hall, LLP in 2006. His areas of practice include business litigation, personal injury, insurance defense, real estate litigation and family law. Prior to moving to South Bend, Eric practiced in the areas of securities regulation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and corporate governance at a national firm in Chicago.
